Due to Tropical Storm Ida entering the southern Gulf of Mexico a moratorium is now in place on all new business and limit increases. No new coverage may be bound or coverage increased on existing policies while a named storm is within the defined coordinates. Tropical Storm Ida Moratorium is effective as of 7:00 AM central time Friday August 27, 2021. All new risks and active current risks limit increases are under a no bind until the moratorium is lifted. This storm is expected to reach Hurricane strength prior to landfall on the Gulf Coast.
