Depression 4 is now named Tropical Storm Debby as of 4:00 PM central 8-3-2024. Since this storm is in the defined territory for a no bind moratorium, no new applications can be bound or limit increases bound until the storm is downgraded from named storm status. It is expected Debby will reach hurricane strength on the Florida coast as a Category 1 or 2 Hurricane. Notice will be provided when the MS Plans (MWUA and MRPIUA) no bind moratorium is lifted.
