Due to Tropical Storm Mindy entering the Southern Gulf of Mexico a moratorium is now in place on all new business and limit increases. No new coverage may be bound or coverage increased on existing policies while a named storm is within the defined coordinates. Tropical Storm Mindy Moratorium is effective as of 4:00 PM central time Wednesday September 8, 2021. All new risks and active current risk limit increases are under a no bind until the moratorium is lifted.
