Due to Tropical Storm Eta entering the southern Gulf of Mexico a moratorium is placed on all new business, and all existing policy limit increases. No new coverage, or coverage limit increases on existing policies can be approved for binding while a a named storm is within the defined coordinates per policy coverage provisions. This moratorium will remain effective until removed by MS Plans management based on National Weather Service information.
