Due to Tropical Storm Idalia entering the southern Gulf of Mexico, a moratorium is now in place on all new business and limit increases. No new coverage may be bound, or coverage increased on existing policies while a named storm is within the defined coordinates. Tropical Storm Idalia Moratorium is effective as of 10:00 AM central time Sunday August 27, 2023. All new risks and active current risks limit increases are under a no bind until the moratorium is lifted.
