Due to the lack of insureds utilizing the claims services at the Bolton State Office building in Biloxi, this location will no longer be in service after Friday, November 6, 2020. New claims and inquiries about existing claims may be obtained by calling 1-866-634-4465 or 1-877-200-7461.
MS Plans claim Administrator U.S. Adjusting/Eberl Claim Services established a claim office in the Bolton Building Biloxi (4th floor). This office is established to assist with new claim reporting, follow up questions existing claims, and general claim questions. Allen Gentry (U.S. Adjusting/Eberl) is present along with other field adjuster staff to assist agent and insureds as needed. MS Plans Mike McGehee will also be manning this office location periodically.
