Hurricane Ian entered the defined longitude/latitude coordinates as of 3:30 PM 9-26-2022 triggering a MS Plans (MWUA & MRPIUA) moratorium as of 3:30 PM central time.
a moratorium is in effect on all new business and limit increases. No new coverage can be bound or coverage increases on existing policies while a named storm is within the defined coordinates and the storm remains at named storm strength per the National Weather Service/Hurricane Center. All new risk and current active risk limit increases are under a no bind until the moratorium is lifted.
